Get Paid to Care for Your Loved One

Consumer Directed Services (CDS) is a Missouri Medicaid-based program that enables individuals (the consumer) who need help at home to direct, train, and employ their own caregivers to assist them with activities of daily living (ADLs). At zero cost to the consumer, they can hire friends or family members as a Personal Care Attendant (PCA), and their friend/family member gets paid to do so.

While this program is not limited to the elderly, it does assist seniors who are unable to perform routine daily activities, due to illness or a disability.
