Homemaker Care for Veterans
1st Advanced Care is proud to assist Veterans who protected our freedom to stay in their homes and live life on their own terms.
The VA Homemaker and Home Health Aide Care is a program available to all qualifying Veterans who are enrolled in VA Healthcare. This is a service for Veterans who have a clinical need for help with basic activities of daily living (ADLs).
1st Advanced Care works with Veterans through a referral for services from your VA primary care physician, nurse or social worker. A Homemaker is a trained person who can come to a Veteran's home and help the Veteran take care of themselves and their daily activities. A Homemaker can be used as a part of an alternative to nursing home care, and as a way to get Respite Care at home for Veterans and their family caregiver. The services of a Homemaker can help Veterans remain living in their own home and can serve Veterans of any age.
We treat our Veterans with the respect and dignity they deserve, working tirelessly to help them get the benefits they’ve earned and the compassionate care they need.
